Today only, there are 4 people who will be able to take advantage of 20% off of your package of personal training. Yep! Only 4 spots remain of the 5 offered because one of the "e-mail test group" bought one up over the weekend.

If we meet once a week you will now pay $220. Twice weekly training is $432, and if we train together three times a week for the next 4 weeks, you will pay $640. This is limited to the next 4 people today only. Contact me directly, and I will send you an invoice via Square with the correct pricing.
If you are on the fence, a 30-minute consultation is given as a courtesy.

Good news!!! If you have credits for massage, now through the end of the year, you can exchange these for personal training sessions! Credits for 60-minute massages allow for every 5th session to be complimentary. Those of you with 75-minute massage credits can redeem them and receive every third session complimentary. And those with 90-minute credits for massage will receive every other training session complimentary.
You have until the end of the year to decide if you want to use your massage credits for personal training. But as of January 1, 2021 credits for these 2 modalities will no longer be interchangeable. If we start your series before January 1... of course, we will honor the credits you want to use for your training series.
