NEW!! Personal Training Series Available!

I hope this finds all of you having had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration! Even if it was a little wonky and way off from our traditional ways.

This year, for Small Business Saturday, I would like to introduce all of you to my fitness series. We can meet once, twice, or even three times a week to help you achieve your fitness goals and stay motivated. You will be able to find these under the "Series" tab in the link to my Massageboook.

We will start with a 30-minute complimentary assessment and goal setting session. We will then begin training together as you see fit to achieve your goals. These sessions are 50-minutes via zoom, and we will work with the equipment you have available to you.

I look forward to working will all of you in person again soon! Until then, I hope to be able to zoom with you often!
